The aesthetic journey begins with the storefront, an homage to the Art Deco façade of the Kretz private mansion. This timeless elegance, underscored by a sophisticated pairing of black and gilded brass, whispers of the discreet, rarefied luxury emblematic of the 7th arrondissement.

"Like a storybook unfolding page by page, the flagship brings to life the Kretz family’s remarkable journey in luxury real estate" notes Sophie Darriere, interior designer and creative director of Label Experience. The space is a synthesis of family life, bespoke design, and global influences, with each room reflecting the travels and passions of Sandrine, Olivier, and their four sons: Martin, Raphaël, Louis, and Valentin.

A Curated Sanctuary
The overarching design language is Art Deco, running like an elegant thread through a tapestry of meticulously selected materials: marble and exotic wood, supple leather and gleaming brass, set against the textures of rattan. Every detail, from the contemporary furnishings sourced from Silvera to the opulent fabrics by Casal and the rich wall paints from Ressource, is a testament to haute design.

The Entrance: Parisian Bistro Chic
Martin Kretz’s affinity for the spontaneous energy of Parisian bistros inspired the flagship's entrance - a vibrant, convivial meeting place. Custom-designed bookshelves, overflowing with family keepsakes and decorative objects, cultivate the warmth of a private home. In the adjacent lounge, the ambiance shifts to cultivated relaxation. Visitors are invited to recline on the comfortable Stanley sofa by Red Edition, complemented by 20th-century design icons: Harry Bertoia's Diamant armchairs for Knoll and the graceful Megafono pendant light by Stilnovo.

The Private Lounge: Terracotta and Bauhaus Lines
Intended for confidential meetings, Raphaël Kretz's passion for padel is subtly echoed in the warm, terracotta-red walls of the private lounge. The room achieves intimate sophistication with the rounded forms of the Sesann leather sofa by Tacchini offering a soft counterpoint to the geometric purity of the Evelina Kroon rug for Layered, a subtle nod to the Bauhaus aesthetic.

The Small Lounge: Joie de Vivre in Sky Blue
A journey to Barcelona, Louis Kretz's adopted city, is captured in this bright space. A bold sky-blue ceiling by Ressource captures the city's joie de vivre. The room is grounded by the design pedigree of the Pedestal Collection table by Eero Saarinen for Knoll, paired with Jaime Hayon’s Elefy chairs for &Tradition, celebrating Barcelona's artistic audacity.

The Office: New York Streamline
The office, a dynamic space reflecting Valentin Kretz’s New York life, is a study in sophisticated understatement. Art Deco seamlessly blends with Streamline influences. Linen-beige walls are illuminated by Stilnovo’s iconic 1950s Megafono wall lights, while a timeless black USM steel storage unit adds a sleek, functional backbone.

The Grand Library Lounge: Coastal Idyll
This space is a romantic homage to Olivier Kretz’s Normandy holiday home and his passion for kitesurfing. Ocean blue accents and nautical stripes animate the deep-seated sofa and alcoves, evoking a breezy coastal spirit. Natural light is diffused by the off-white Bubble pendant, a George Nelson design produced by Hay, while the Gropius CS2 armchair by NOOM introduces a rich, ecru textural complexity.

The Winter Garden: Brazilian Escape
Crowned with a glass roof, the winter garden offers the ultimate immersive escape, dedicated to Sandrine Kretz’s beloved Brazil. Layers of vibrant green evoke the Amazon rainforest’s lush richness. Rattan furniture from Gubi’s Basket collection and exotic lattice panels conjure a sophisticated interpretation of Brazilian leisure and life outdoors, culminating in an antique-fountain-centred bar inspired by Art Deco exoticism.

Label Experience has created a landmark that is an architectural and interior narrative, transforming a business into a destination that resonates with the intimate richness of family life.
